Record/Appendix Preparation

Our paralegal staff will use proprietary state of the art digital management software and is the key to our exceptional record preparation. Our patent pending technological expertise and innovation assure you of the highest quality and fastest turnaround for all of your appellate filings.

We will index, sequence and paginate your record on Record on Appeal/Appendix materials leaving you free to concentrate on the substance of the appeal brief. When we receive your Record/Appendix material either by our patented web interface or by delivery, we will perform the following services:

• All documents will be reviewed to ascertain that the record is complete and that all mandatory documents are in our possession.

• Documents are assembled and sequenced in accordance with the rules of the court.

• A table of contents and a proof cover for the Record/Appendix and Brief is prepared.

• All mandatory documentation required by the appellate courts is prepared, such as, 5531 Statements, 5525 Notices, Stipulations, Affirmations, Certifications, Notes of Issue, and Notices of Argument.

• Documents are scanned, automatically de-skewed, and converted into a working .pdf file.

• A paralegal will review the scanned .pdf file, page by page, while resizing the page to fit into the required margins for maximum legibility.

• Documents are electronically paginated, and if needed include page headings.

• A proof copy of your record/appendix, printed at 600 dpi, and bound with a perfect bound wraparound cover will be provided for your approval.

• The proof copy will be available for downloading directly through your websi account or delivered to your office.

• In addition, we will perform any in-court services, including document retrieval, and subpoena  transmission of lower court documents.
